Hi, I’m Heike Kolles,
I’m a German ArtDesigner, VisionLeadershipCoach and founder of Visionsmanufaktur living in Austria and the South of France.
After several years in executive leadership positions in the corporate world and an American management & technology consulting company in different countries, I realized my own dream and founded as VisionLeadershipCoach my company Visionsmanufaktur in 2012.
In my Visionsmanufaktur I offer a space where it’s all about CREATING from being connected to your soul essence and to realize from this place your soul visions to live a joyful, abundant, free, and fulfilled life.
In this way you don’t search anymore, everything that belongs to you finds you. This applies to art, your life and your business.
With my art-design products I combine my passions for painting, personal development, colors, photography, interior design and innovative technologies and to go big.
I want to turn your environment into an oasis of wellbeing, inspiration, creativity and manifestation. You choose the motive and size you want, from small to large or monumental, printed on the material you love.
On top of this I want to raise the consciousness about the transformative power of art by looking at art and creating art. Art can help us to live our most authentic version of ourselves and to form a society which is based on respect, love & innovation.

My ART is a gift from Covid time.
It was one of my most challenging times. But something really great happened. I’ve finally realized one of my teenager’s dreams and started to paint on big canvas on the floor outside in nature. This has completely changed my life.
Before Covid I’ve never dared to live this dream. Always I’ve found some excuses. At the beginning of the Covid period an international known artist saw a portrait video about me on my Visioncoaching website. He contacted me as he wanted to give me an important message: I should give more room to my inner artist. His words touched me deeply. In this moment I knew I have to start NOW.
I bought colors, brushes and big canvas in highest quality and retreated to a wooden hut in the middle of nowhere for a few weeks. I was on my own with some horses around me. When freedom was cut in the outside, my inner liberty and joy have started to unfold.

My ART is intuitive.
For me painting is an expression of my soul and my feelings in an abstract and colorful way. My art is about energies, my own ones and the ones which want to be shared with the world when people are looking at my painting.
Before I paint I connect with mother nature and the universal energies by diving into a meditation or trance. I paint most of the time on the floor. I listen to music while painting. I stand, sit or sometimes I dance on my painting. I try my best to be present in the moment and connected to my intuition. And the brush can start its dance. I give my painting as much time as they need to rest, sometimes for months. When I hear their „call“ I continue.
I’ve experienced that my paintings have individual messages for the person who is looking at my art. And that’s what I love, that my paintings connect with the unconscious of other people, too. Art calls us. It transforms, when we create it and when we look at it.

I’ve combined my passion for painting with my passion for photography. During the painting process and at the end I take pictures. For the last three years I’ve learnt how to reproduce my art in museum and gallery quality on different material and in different sizes, even in monumental size up to five meters.
